Mahiri is an Associate Partner at the firm. He holds a Degree in Law from the Islamic University in Uganda and a Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre, Kampala. He has practiced Law in various fields for the last 9years. 

Mahiri is excellent at developing case theories, cracking complex cases and looks at Law as both as a profession and business. He therefore, has keen attention to our clients’ cases and needs in the commercial sense. 

Mahiri has passion for commercial litigation and deal arrangement. He is our head of commercial litigation. Between 2021 and 2023, 

Mahiri advised on country entry strategies for some of our leading foreign clients and the acquisition of one of the largest fuel service stations in Uganda by M/s Vivo Energy Uganda Limited. Mahiri is a member of the Uganda Law Society, and the East Africa Law Society.
