Allan is a Senior Associate at the firm. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Makerere University and a Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre, Kampala. Allan has practiced Law for over 15years.

Allan has built a strong and diverse practice spanning litigation, dispute resolution, corporate and commercial law, debt recovery, regulatory compliance, and legal advisory services. Over the years, he has acted for individuals, companies, financial institutions, and other corporate entities in a wide range of matters before courts, tribunals, and other forums.

He is recognized for his strong legal analysis, attention to detail, sound judgment, and ability to provide practical, client-focused solutions. His experience, professionalism, and commitment to excellence make him a valuable member of the firm’s legal team Allan is a member of the Uganda Law Society and East Africa Law Society.
